Merciful God,
teach us to be faithful in change and uncertainty,
that trusting in your word
and obeying your will
we may enter the unfailing joy of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen

Holy Habits –  Sharing Responsibility: Love

There are 5 different types of love. Agape love is what Christians should demonstrate towards their fellow humans. It should be a response to the amazing love that God has shown to us. It can bridge all divisions, bring comfort and solace, defeat the enemy and builds God’s kingdom. How can we show it? Previously we could touch and hug each other, but not now. Agape love can be shown by our tone of voice, our body language and our reverence towards someone. By sharing this love responsibly we can encourage people. We can do it on the phone (smile while you are talking!), by an email, on Zoom or in any sort of communication. Who could you share agape love with today? Christ left heaven and came to earth to save us. Paul sacrificed everything to share the Gospel with all 1 Corinthians 9 v 22. What have we done? What have we left? What have we given up? What have we become, to share Jesus with those we love, know and influence?

Sunday Services

From 1st November, we will be offering services in all six of our churches most Sundays.

For regular Sunday services, there will be no need to book in advance, although places are still limited.

For special services, such as Remembrance Sunday and all Christmas Services everyone will need to book in the usual way:
If you would like to come, please contact Revd Elizabeth, stating the date, time and place of the church service you wish to attend (Email or phone 07758 407661). If that service is already full, we will let you know.
For more information about Sunday services and what to expect, please visit our website.
