North Cornwall Cluster of Churches
Week beginning 22nd December
The Fourth Sunday of Advent

Additional Collect:
Eternal God,
as Mary waited for the birth of your Son,
so we wait for his coming in glory;
bring us through the birth pangs of this present age
to see, with her, our great salvation
in Jesus Christ our Lord, Amem

Holy Habits
Christmas is an opportunity to reflect on why God came to us, to die on the cross, to forgive us our sin and reconcile us to himself. Unforgiveness is a burden. Forgiveness is one of the hardest acts of generosity possible, but it is also one of the most liberating. Ask God to show you where forgiveness is needed and help you to truly forgive then receive the gift of peace and freedom.
